| Abstract: | The development and application of the thermal-conducting polymer composite were summarized. The structure features, thermal-conducting mechanism and theoretical models of the thermal-conducting polymer composite were also introduced. On this basis, the methods of improving comprehensive properties, especially thermal conductivity, of the thermal-conducting polymer composite were discussed. |
