| 摘 要： | 通过对塑件结构分析，针对塑件脱模存在的问题，采用瓣合模的结构形式。利用斜导柱侧向分型抽芯机构，解决了塑件的脱模问题。选择了潜伏式浇口进料，避免了浇口痕迹对塑件的外观质量所造成的影响。经产品大批量的生产验证，模具结构满足成型工艺要求，生产效率高，脱模动作可靠，产品质量好。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the structure characteristics of the plastic part,in terms of,an injection mold structure with half cavity was adopted.The problems in demolding were solved by a side parting core-pulling mechanism with slanted guide pillar.The influence of gate trace to product appearance was avoided by using the submarine gate.Through mass production,it has been proved that the mold could well satisfy the molding process,which was with high efficiency,reliable demolding and good product quality. |
