电镀Zn-Ni-P合金工艺的优化

摘    要:通过正交试验和电镀实践,优化了电镀耐蚀性Zn-Ni-P合金的镀液组成和工艺参数。优化实验验证表明,该工艺稳定,得到光亮、致密、外观平整的Zn-Ni-P合金镀层,镀层中Ni含量为15.5%,P含量为8.1%。盐雾腐蚀试验结果表明,Zn-Ni-P合金较Zn-Ni合金耐蚀性大大提高。

Abstract:The optimum technology of Zn-Ni-P alloy electroplating was studied by orthogonal test and conditional experiments. The test results showed that the technique was stable and the deposit layer was bright, fine and better performances. The content of nickel in alloy plating was 15.5% and the phosphorous was 8.1%. The corrosion resistance of Zn-Ni-P alloy was superior to Zn-Ni alloy by salt spray test.
