Ecotect在居住区规划中的应用研究

近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,能源短缺的矛盾越来越突出,节能减排的形势愈发严峻。建筑业作为我国的能耗大户,消耗了社会总能耗的40%,并向大气排放了大量的污染物,导致了环境恶化,气候异常等多重灾害。因此,建筑节能迫在眉睫。文章以小区规划的角度出发,利用Ecotect软件对居住区规划中的生态节能措施进行了一些有益的探索。

Research on Application of Ecotect in the Residential District Planning

In recent years,with rapid development of China’s economy and con-stant improvement of people’s quality of life,contradiction has manifested itself in en-ergy shortage,and the situation of energy saving and emission reduction becomes graver.Building industry,as a large energy consumer of China,consumes 40% of total social energy consumption,and discharges masses of pollutants to the atmosphere,which re-sults in environmental deterioration,climatic anomaly and other multiple disasters.Therefore,building energy conservation is extremely urgent.From the perspective of housing estate planning,the article makes some useful explorations on ecological and energy saving measures in residential district planning by Ecotect software.
