| Abstract: | Yarn hairiness has important effect on fabric's appearance and handle, therefore should be controlled and measured carefully. Based on review of traditional measurement, this article describes the application of digital image processing in hairiness measurement. The image processing method gets hairiness indices quickly with a lower cost, improved working efficiency. |
