| Abstract: | Information system,big or small and what type it is,its development and evolution will undergo the changing process of "facing information resources"?"facing information process"-"facing information users".In this paper,the development of the information systems in the United states and Europe are analyzed.Based on the analysis the author of the paper proposes that the information systems in China should face users as soon as possible. |
