| 摘 要： | 采用“转炉→窄带”工艺路线开发生产SPA—H耐候钢带替代同品种卷板。可用于制造集装箱方矩形焊管及其它附属部件。提出了SPA—H耐候钢带的内控成分。试验表明,连铸坯中间裂纹和钢带表面质量缺陷是SPA—H耐候钢带生产中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的解决措施,并取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | The weather resistant steel SPA-H, which is developed and produced by the process route of "converter-narrow strip " can be used to manufacture the square or rectangle welded tubes and other accessories in lieu of the coil and plate of the similar grade. The internally controlled compositions of the steel are put forward. Experimental results show that the primary problems existing in the weather resistant steel SPA-H are found to be central cracking in the slab and surface defects of the strip and measures to solve those problems accordingly suggested and desirable effects achieved. |
