摘    要:建立了武钢连铸板坯凝固传热数学模型,计算凝固过程温度场分布,应用模型探讨了连铸工艺因素对铸坯温度和凝固过程的影响,并提出提高铸坯温度的工艺手段:适当提高拉速、控制二冷喷水量和改善二冷末端冷却方式,能提高铸坯温度,提高浇注过热度对高温出坯不利。

Abstract:A mathematical heat-transfer model on the solidification process of slab in Wuhan Iron & Steel Corporation was formed and the slab temperature field was calculated. The effects of the main casting factors on the slab solidification were discussed and the means to enhance the temperature was bring forward. Raising the casting speed, lessening the water of secondary cooling zone and improving the cooling manner at the end of secondary cooling zone can effectively enhance the slab temperature. And increasing the delivery superheat is adverse to the production of high temperature slab.
