浅析人或组织的压力管理

摘    要:人或组织的压力是指在动态的环境条件下,个人或者组织面对种种机遇、规定以及追求的不确定性所造成的一种心理负担。压力不是完全的只有负面影响,其表现可以分为消极的表现和积极的表现。关于压力的产生原因主要是由于环境压力源、组织压力源和个人压力源这三种所引起的。要进行压力管理,需要我们从组织和个人两方面入手来解决所存在的问题。

Abstract:The pressure of individuals or organizations means a kind of psychological burden that they have when they are facing the uncertainty of opportunities, regulations and desires. Pressure does not only have negative effects, it has both negative and positive behaviors. The reasons that produce pressure are mainly of circumstance pressure source, organization pressure source and individual pressure source. Pressure management should be done from organization and individal to solve existing problems.
