分子信号抑制剂的提取及其优化发酵条件

摘    要:选用铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,PAO1)为研究菌株,通过实验发现在该菌种自身生长过程中同时产生一种抑制剂,该种抑制剂对革兰氏阴性菌的AHL型信号分子有明显抑制作用。其优化发酵条件为:3 g/L的葡萄糖为碳源,3 g/L的硫酸铵为氮源,250 mL三角瓶中装液量为150 mL,37℃摇床发酵培养72 h。

Abstract:Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAO1) is selected as the experimental bacterium.It reveals that a quorum sensing inhibitor appears in the bacterium growing process,which markably inhibites the activity of AHLs in the gram-negative bacteria.The optimum fermentation condition for this inhibitor by PAO1 is as follows: glucose is used as carbon source and(NH_4)_2SO_4,as nitrogen source;both concentration,3 g/L;loading volume in 250 mL flasks,150 mL;incubated temperature,37 ℃;culture time,72 h.
