摘    要:由于电力电子技术的广泛应用,大量谐波注入电网,使电力系统电压、电流发生严重的畸变.目前市场上的电子式电能表,频响范围宽,精度高,受到电力部门和生产厂家的重视.但这类仪表通常是计量基波和谐波电能的总和,其计量方式值得商榷.在分析电子式电能表计量方式不足的基础上提出一种新的计量方式.

Abstract:Lots of harmonic sources connect to a power system makes the voltage and current in the system distortion due to the wider application of electric and electronics to all kinds of lines. The electronic watt - hour meter with wider frequency response and high precision available in market is very popular in electric enterprises and manufactures. But, there is a doubt in the billing because it calculates the energy sum of principal wave and harmonic, the paper presented a new measuring way for reference based on the analysis above.
