高速机床进给机构及铣削系统振动分析

摘    要:由于高速机床目前应用对象主要为硬化模具钢及大型航天结构件的铣削加工,因此主要针对与此相关的加工技术。首先透过切削实验观察硬化模具钢的切削特性,探讨不同切削条件对铣削模具钢的刀具磨耗、表面粗糙度以及铣削力的影响。一般的航天结构件多为薄件,其结构刚性低,此外所采用的线性马达为推力较小的马达,其伺服刚性低,此类低刚性结构在加工过程中极易产生振动,因此另一研究重点为低刚性结构铣削加工时之最佳加工条件,以减少切削振动,提升加工品质。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the study of machining technology related to the high speed machine tool which is now mainly applied in milling-action machining of hardening die steel and largescale aerospace structure unit. The first part tries to discuss the effect that different milling conditions have on tool wear, surface roughness and milling force through detailed milling properties obtained and concluded from tests. Normally, aerospace structure is slice like with low stiffness, in accordance with which the linear motor was used, i.e. small thrust and low servo stiffness as well. Thus vibration easily produces under the circumstance. As such, this paper also intends to seek best favorable conditions under which vibration can be minimized and quality to be bettered.
