| 摘 要： | 建筑业是湖北省的支柱产业,同时又是一个高风险的行业,构建湖北省建筑业保险制度十分必要。目前湖北省建筑业保险制度体系尚不完善,集中表现在建筑业保险险种单一、建筑业保险中介发展滞后、地方性建筑业保险配套法律法规缺失等方面,需要通过开发多层次全覆盖的建筑业保险产品体系、培育建筑业保险中介市场、制定湖北省建筑业保险制度实施细则等措施予以改进。
