冷轧汽车用TRIP钢的高温热塑性

摘    要:利用Gleeble1500试验机进行了冷轧汽车用TRIP钢的高温热塑性试验,研究了冷轧TRIP钢热塑性与温度的关系。通过绘制变形温度与断面收缩率的关系曲线,找出了该钢的低塑性温度区,即裂纹敏感点。从而在制定连铸和热轧工艺制度时可避开该温度区,或尽量在该区域少停留。

Abstract:The hot plasticity experiment of cold-rolling TRIP steel plate for automotive is investigated at a Glee- blel500 testing machine.Based on the experiment,the relation of the hot plasticity and hot ductility temperature is obtained.The area of inductile,namely crack-sensitive spot,is found by the curve of hot ductility temperature and cross section shrinkage ratio.Then the crack-sensitive spot can be avoided during the production process,so that the broken comer and edge crack of blank are prevented.
