| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量的资料，对最近几年停输再启动过程研究做了系统的总结，通过分析比较提出埋地管线停输过程中的水力、热力以及启动过程中的启动压力、安全停输时间的计算方法，同时还提出了在停输再启动的计算过程中所要考虑的几点因素。对于工程实践有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Through summarizing the researches on hot oil pipeline restarting processes after shutdown in recent years,discussed are the water energy and heat energy calculations during shutdown of buried pipelines,restarting pressure calculations during restarting,safe shutdown time calculations and factors necessary to be considered in these calculations.Some opinions are put forward on practical application of restarting processes after shoudown,which are significant to engineering practice. |
