不锈钢波纹管早期失效原因的分析

摘    要:对冷凝器内不锈钢波纹管的早期失效,本文运用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等手段对波纹管的材质、微观组织和腐蚀现象进行分析研究.结果表明,波纹管为点状穿壁破损泄漏,在破损口周围材料中存在沿晶腐蚀和点蚀现象,材料中存在的夹杂物是形成破损通道的主要原因,环境腐蚀和管壁偏薄加速了波纹管破损泄漏的发生.

Abstract:For the early failure of strainless-steel ripple pipe in condenser the component,microstructure and corrosion surface are researched by optical microscope,scan electronic microscope and spectrometer in this paper.The results show that the ripple pipe is a point leak perforating on pipe wall.There is point corrosion and crystal-boundary corrosion phenomena around the leaked channel.The leaking channel on pipe wall is mainly caused by impurity in strainless steel.The thin pipe wall and environment corrosion q...
