| 摘 要： | 通过建立考虑了寄生电阻的同步降压型开关电源大信号平均模型和直流模型,推导出其方便快捷的效率分析法.实例验证,采用该方法得出的结果与实际测量值差别小,适合作为设计方案评估的依据.

| Abstract: | The conventional methods to analyze the efficiency of synchronous Buck switching converter are very ex-act,but the process is complex.It can not be fast to get the result and evaluate the circuit.This paper offers a new method which is conducice to set uo the large signal average model and the direct current model of Synchronous Buck switching converters and to educe their efficiency formula.The result of it is not very exact,but it's much easier and quite close to the exact value. |
