| 摘 要： | 应用对甲苯磺酸作为水杨酸和 2 -乙基己醇的酯化催化剂 ,成功合成了水杨酸 - 2 -乙基己酯。考察了影响反应的因素 ,探讨并找到了较好的反应条件 :醇酸比 3∶ 1 ;反应时间 :3h;反应温度 1 40～ 1 50°C;对甲苯磺酸与水杨酸的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 1 ,不加带水剂 ,酯化率可达 98%

| Abstract: | p Toluene sulphonic acid was used as catalyst for the synthesis of 2 ethylhexyl salicylate from 2 ethyl 1 hexanol and salicylic acid. The results show that the appropriate conditions are: molar ratio of 2 ethyl 1 hexanol to salicylic acid, 3∶1; reaction time: 3.0 h; reaction temperature: 140～ 150°C ; molar ratio of p toluene sulphonic acid to salicylic acid, 1∶11, with no water carrying reagent; yield: about 98%. |
