铝基金属微粉涂层工艺初探

摘    要:将铝-锌金属微粉,与磷酸和其它无机金属盐的水溶液、有机或无机还原剂,以及表面活性剂和添加剂,配成为一种水系的金属微粉涂料,涂覆于金属件上经过烧结形成金属基的涂层。试验发现涂层具有金属光泽、较好的附着性和耐腐蚀性,并与达克罗性能进行了比较。同时研究了金属微粉成分、磷酸盐含量对涂层性能的影响。

Abstract:A kind of aluminum based micro powder coating was made on metal surface by mixing up Al Zn powders, phosphoric acid, aqueous solution of inorganic metallic salts, organic or inorganic reductive agents, surfactant with additives into a kind of aqueous dope, then by overlaying it on metal surface and sintering. The coating had metallic luster, good cohesion and resistance to corrosion. The effects of composition of the powders and phosphate content on the properties of the coating were also studied.
