分析了国外特别是发达国家低碳建筑的发展,及其所采用的先进技术、先进理念,体现了我国在低碳建筑规范、碳交易方面存在的差异,阐述了我们应该借鉴的先进技术和理念,从而实现节能减排目标。

Concerning advanced technology of low-carbon buildings

This article analyzes the development of low-carbon buildings abroad especially in developed countries, advanced technology and advanced concept, which embodies the differences in low-carbon buildings principles and carbon trading between China and other western countries. And then, it illustrates some advanced technology and concept, which we should learn from, so as to realize the energy-saving and emission-reduction goals.
