| 摘 要： | 探讨了铝合金Ｎi-P-Al2O3复合镀的镀前处理液，镀液组成以及工艺条件对处理效果的影响，测定了Ｎi-P-Al2O3复合度层的耐蚀耐磨损性能，结果表明，所研究配制的条件处理液和预镀液，在适当的工艺条件下，可在铝合金表面上获得得质量良好的预镀层，能够确保Ｎi-P-Al2O3复合镀层的成边镀覆，Ｎi-P-Al2O３复合镀层具有优良的耐蚀和耐磨性能。

| Abstract: | Some questions were probed such as pre-treating solution of Aluminum alloy compound electroless,pre-electroless solution and the affection of craft condition.Property of electroless plate was determined.Results show that the fine plate can be obtained by various treating solutions in suitable conditions. |
