摘    要:根据我国北方以黄河为主的浑水河流多年来规划研究及运行管理的经验,通过对比论证,提出浑水单列的实用性质与现实意义.重点阐述不同含沙浓度对河床形态的决定性作用.特别是,由长江看黄河,对黄河与长江以不同级别的洪峰洪量产生同样严重的洪水灾害,对国计民生产生同等影响,作了一定程度的原因分析,并重点突出黄河防洪的特点.防洪必须因河制宜

Abstract:According to many years′ study on planning and management of muddy rivers especially of the Yellow River and through comparison and analysis, the meaning and practicability of the concept of muddy rivers are described, the focal point placed on the impact of different sediment concentrations on river patterns. From floods of the Yangtze River it is known that different peak flows may cause the same disaster to both the Yellow River and the Yangtze River. Analysis of the cause of floods is made with focus on flood control of the Yellow River. Measures to prevent floods should be taken according to the specific conditions of a river.
