耐火材料侵蚀过程对铁水脱磷处理工艺的影响分析

摘    要:以高炉渣,脱磷剂及转炉渣侵蚀加入了锆莫来石的刚玉质与镁质耐火材料,发现高氧化铁含量的脱磷剂对镁质耐火材料侵蚀严重,对铝基耐火材料的侵蚀较弱,从炉衬寿命及工艺因素看;采用铝质耐火材料内衬对铁水预处理的脱磷过程有利。

Abstract:By the corrosion experiments on corundum refractouy or magnesia refractory containing zirconia-mullite with blast furnace slags, dephosphorizing agents or converter slop, it isproved that dephosphorizing agents with high Fe_2 O3 content bring strong corrosion to magnesia refractory but weak corrosion to aluminiun refractory. According to the service life of lining and processfactors, it is beneficial for aluminium -- refractory lining to be applied in dephosphorization processfor hot metal pretreatment.
