| 摘 要： | 本文利用“组态王”工控软件在PC机管理软件设计中的优势与GSM短消息数据传输技术在通信方面的突出优点,在组态王的命令语言编辑环境下进行程序设计实现了水情监测管理系统软件对GSM短消息数据通信过程的控制,从而开发了一种实用的新型远程水情监控管理系统。
