预交联颗粒调剖的改进

针对预交联颗粒调剖应用中存在的投入费用高、效益效果不明显、颗粒易从油井产出、配制工艺较复杂等问题,研究应用了石灰泥交替充填、弱酸酸浸、高强度堵剂封堵、复合交联和简易配制等工艺以及射流搅拌装置。2 0 0 2年现场试用15井次,与原工艺相比,投入费用下降5 1 1% ,井次增油上升39 6 % ,吨油成本下降6 4 9% ,效果和效益明显,为预交联颗粒调剖的推广应用探索了一套成功经验。
