微波加热白云石生产煅白的实验研究

摘    要:微波加热技术是一种新型的加热技术。在白云石煅烧过程中引入微波加热技术对硅热法炼镁进行改进。对微波加热白云石生产煅烧白云石进行实验研究,测定最佳加热温度和时间。结果表明:微波加热方式比传统加热方式所需的加热温度低50~60℃,所用的加热时间少40~50min,具有未来工业化的开发价值。

Abstract:Microwave heating technology is a novel technology. In order to improve Pidgeon process, the microwave heating technology is used in dolomite product burnt dolomite. Through the experimentes of heating dolomite product burnt dolomite by microwave, it measures the best heating temperature and time. The result shows that microwave heating temperature is lower than the traditional heating temperature 50~60℃ and 40 - 50 min time reduction. The new technology has future value of the development of industrialization.
