平面包络环面蜗杆传动啮合分析

摘    要:平面包络环面蜗杆传动是一种新型啮合传动,轮齿容易加工,与其他啮合传动比较,齿面容易达到较高的精度和较低的表面粗糙度值,是一种理想的精密分度机构.蜗杆与蜗轮齿面瞬时接触线的界限曲线是圆锥曲线,蜗杆齿面是直纹曲面。

Abstract:Plane-enveloped ring-surface worm transmission is a new kind of meshing transmission.Because the gear can be cut easily, and compared with other kinds of meshing transmission, higher precision and lower roughness of the gear surface can be obtained, and therefor this mechanism is an ideal precise index mechanisim. In this kind of meshing transmission the limit curve of instantaneous contact line between worm and worm gear andcone curve, the gear surface of worm is direct-line surface.
