| 摘 要： | “引细入汤”工程是将细河水引入汤河水库。该工程跨流域、跨地区调水,从总体上合理有效地解决鞍山市水源不足的问题。鞍山市政府与辽宁省水利厅共同兴建汤河水源供水系统扩建工程,鞍山市获得水资源使用权并在一定范围内享受到了优惠政策。“引细入汤”工程水权转让是我国又一次成功的水权交易实践,其经验值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | The Diversion Project from Xi River to Tanghe Reservoir is Xi-river water will be transfered to Tanghe Reservoir through the Diversion Project.It's a cross-basin and cross-region project.It will solve the problem that the water resources in An'shan are insufficient effectively.The government of An'shan and water conservancy department of Liaoning Province are now building the Diversion Project together,An'Shan will obtain the water resources use right and enjoy the preferential policy within the specific limits.The transfer trade of water rights in the diversion project from Xi-river to Tanghe reservoir is another successful practice in our country.Its great experience is worth reference. |
