| 摘 要： | 根据组织生态学的种群演化理论,通过对北京高新技术产业调查和数据采样,运用国外组织生态学学者Hannan和Carroll的传染病模型和密度依赖模型阐述了高新技术开发区企业种群的演化规律,实证研究表明,北京高新技术企业种群演化正经历着合法化过程且存在一定的竞争,通过比较2个系数可以判断,北京经济技术开发区高新技术企业种群的演化正处于成长的后期和成熟的前期阶段,尚有待于进一步集聚.

| Abstract: | Based on investigated and collected data of Beijing Hi-tech industry, the authors applied organizational proliferation and density dependent selection which was put forward by scholars Hannan and Carroll to the evolvement law of Hi-tech industry population. Research indicates that enterprise population of Beijing Hi- tech industry is undergoing a process of organizational proliferation, and at the same time, there are competitions. By comparing the regression results of two models, the evolvement of Hi-tech industry population is in the later stage of growth and earlier stage of mature, and it also shows that enterprise population of Beijing Hi-tech Development Zone needs further gathering. |
