摘 要: | 首先,简单介绍了微波低噪声放大器(LNA)的研究背景,分析LNA设计的重要现实意义;然后,描述了LNA设计的关键点,以及实现的方式和要求,提出了LNA设计的基本思路;最后,设计出了一款适应某动中通卫星通信系统的LNA,包括电路模型建立、射频电路仿真、PCB电路板实现及相关测试。仿真及测试结果表明,该LNA设计方案达到了预定设计指标要求。

Abstract: | Firstly, the research background of microwave low noise amplifier (LNA) is introduced, and the important practical significance of LNA design is pointed out. Then, the key points of LNA design, and the design method is proposed. Lastly the LNA design, including circuit model, RF circuit simulation, PCB circuit board and related testing is described in detail. And the simulation and testing results show that the design can satisfy the requirements. |
