摘    要:运用大型有限元模拟分析软件ABAQUS,采用双丝MIG焊接方法,对7A52超硬铝合金的平板对接接头温度场和残余应力场进行数值模拟。模型选用三维实体单元,考虑了材料物理性能随温度变化的影响,借助Fortran语言添加DFLUX用户子程序完成热源模型的添加过程,利用单元“生死”及“追踪”模拟焊接过程。得出了三维温度场及残余应力场云图,并对数值模拟结果进行分析。

Numerical simulation of temperature field and residual stress field of double wire MIG welding for 7A52 aluminum alloy
Abstract:The temperature and residual stress fields of the 7A52 aluminum alloy plate butt joint which is welded by double wire MIG were simulated by the finite element software of ABAQUS. The 3-D solid elements are used in FEM model,and temperature depended material properties are considered,DFLUX user subroutines was added by Fortran language to complete the process of adding of heat source model,the element “birth and death” and “track”module of ABAQUS was used to simulate the welding process. The three dimensional temperature and residual stress fields was concluded ,and at last the results of numerical simulation were analyzed.
