高效无过载潜污泵的优化设计与试验研究

摘    要:为了使潜污泵同时具有高效与无过载特性,针对模型泵100QW110-15-7.5的叶轮进行优化设计,采用正交试验设计法,设计了一组7因素3水平的正交方案。对每个方案进行数值模拟,并对计算得到的数据进行极差分析,获得了各几何参数影响性能的主次顺序。采用加权方法,将扬程、效率、轴功率多项指标转化为单项综合性能指标,利用超传递近似法来确定各目标函数的权重因子的数值,并对综合性能指标进行极差分析,得到了潜污泵的最优参数。在数值模拟基础上,对最优模型样机进行了试验,测试结果表明:模型泵的额定点效率达到81.04%,在运行区间内无马鞍区、无过载现象发生,且高效区较宽,满足设计要求。预测曲线与试验曲线基本吻合,表明数值模拟较为准确,对高效无过载潜污泵的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to make submersible sewage pump have the characteristics of high-efficiency and no-overload,optimization design of the100QW110- 15- 7. 5 model pump impeller was done by using the orthogonal design method. Orthogonal scheme of seven factors and three levels was designed. Each scheme was calculated by numerical simulation,and the data analyzed by range analysis. The influence primary and secondary orders of geometric parameters on the characteristics were obtained. The head,efficiency and shaft power indicators were converted into a single comprehensive performance indicator by the weighted method. Additionally,the super transitive approximation method was applied to update optimal weighted coefficients in the objective function.Through the comprehensive performance indicator range analysis,the optimization parameter combination was gotten. The optimal model prototype,based on the simulation,was tested. And the test results show that,the efficiency of the model pump reaches81. 04% at the rated point. In the whole process of pump operation,no saddle area and no overload phenomenon occurs,meeting the design requirements. Predicted curve is basically consistent with the experimental one,indicating the numerical simulation is accurate,that means it has a certain significance for high-efficiency non-overload submersible sewage pump design.
