摘    要:由于螺杆式压缩机级间冷却器涉及到气液不互溶两相流动,致使介质物性参数很难确定,这给换热器的设计和校核带来了很大的困难。对此针对气液不互溶两相在换热器内部的流动状态,综合利用流体力学和传热学,建立了两相流型的划分方法;并针对不同的流型在均相模型的基础上,提出"分相率"假设,得到两相平均物性参数计算模型,该模型很好的将流体流动状态以及换热器几何参数结合起来;最后将该物性参数计算模型运用到换热器的传热计算模型中,并通过实验验证了计算模型的正确性。

Abstract:As the screw compressor interstage cooler involving the two-phase flow of gas-liquid immiscible mixtures,it is difficult to determine the physical parameters of the media,which makes the heat exchanger design and verification face great difficulties. In this paper,according to the flow state of immiscibility gas-liquid in heat exchanger,and comprehensive utilitation of fluid mechanics and heat transfer,the flow type division method of two phase flow has been established,and on the basis of homogeneous model,the "points at"is put forward for the different flow forms,get the average physical property parameter calculation model for two phase in the heat exchanger,which perfectly combines the fluid flow state and heat exchanger geometrical parameters.Finally,the physical parameters of the model is applied into the calculation model of the heat exchanger heat transfer,and through the experimental validation,verified the corrctness of theoretical calculation model.
