高热流密度器件散热技术的研究进展

摘    要:随着科学技术的迅猛发展,高热流密度器件被广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域之中,为了确保高热流密度器件的可靠运行,对热控系统的要求也越来越高。本文对典型高热流密度器件散热技术的基本原理、基本流程以及国内外的研究现状进行了介绍和分析。

Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology,high heat flux density devices are widely used in various fields of national economy. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the high heat flux density devices,the requirements for thermal control systems are becoming higher and higher. In this paper,the basic heat dissipation principle,basic process and research status of typical high heat flux density devices cooling technologies at home and abroad are briefly introduced and analyzed.
