接触式机械密封基本性能研究进展

摘    要:研究包括端面摩擦特性和密封特性(泄漏指标)的接触式机械密封基本性能,有利于延长机械密封的使用寿命,减少因泄漏带来的损失。通过对前人在机械密封端面摩擦特性及泄漏特性方面的研究成果包括摩擦特性参数、表面形貌的影响及其表征、端面材料配对、泄漏通道模型及界面流体流动特性的综述,分析了现有研究存在的不足,指出了机械密封基本性能研究的后续方向:全面考察机械密封的摩擦及泄漏特性,优化密封界面泄漏通道模型,建立密封界面流体流动模型。

Abstract:Study on basic properties of contacting mechanical seal,including frictional characteristics of end face and sealing characteristics( target leakage rate),will help to prolong the service life of mechanical seal and reduce its loss causing by leakage. Researches on friction characteristic parameters,the influence of surface topography and its characterization,models of leakage channel and flow characteristics of fluid within seal interface were reviewed to sum up the deficiencies of them. At last,it was pointed out that research trends for basic properties of contacting mechanical seal include comprehensive investigation of its friction and sealing characteristics,optimization of model for leakage channel and establishment of fluid flow model for sealing interface.
