洁净手术室空调系统热湿处理过程优化及能耗分析

摘    要:以南京市某新建医院Ⅱ级洁净手术室为例,分别对一次回风系统、二次回风系统和新风承担全部湿负荷系统的夏季热湿处理过程进行计算与分析,结果表明:在相同设计工况下,一次回风系统能耗最大,二次回风系统在该洁净手术室空调热湿处理过程中无法实现,新风承担全部湿负荷系统能耗最小。选择新风承担全部湿负荷空调系统作为设计方案,并采用冷凝热回收技术进一步降低洁净手术室空调系统的能耗。

Abstract:Using a class-Ⅱclear operating room of a new hospital in Nanjing as an example,analyses and calculates air handling processes of three different air conditioning systems—primary return air system,secondery return air system and fresh air eliminates the whole moisture load system. It is concluded that the energy consumption of primary return air system is the maximum,secondary return air system can not be achived in air handling processes of the clean operating room air conditioning system and the last system is the most energy-efficient under the same condition. Selecting the last air conditioning system as the design in the end,and adopting condensing heat recovery technology to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system further for the clean operating room.
