| 摘 要： | 培养和提高领导干部的战略思维能力是新世纪现代化建设事业对各级领导干部提出的迫切要求。领导干部要培养战略思维能力必须加强哲学修养，提高辩证思维能力；努力拓展知识面，用丰厚的知识积累作为战略思维的材料；崇尚实践，勇于实践，善于实践，在实践中提高战略思维能力。

| Abstract: | In the new century,it is requested that leading cadres of all levels develop and improve the abilities of strategic thinking.Therefore,they must lift their own philosophic accomplishment,improve their abilities of dialectical thinking,and enrich and accumulate enough knowledge as reference material.What's more,they should uphold and be bold in practice and improve the ability of strategic thinking practically. |
