区域经济协调发展的法制保障

面对我国区域经济发展不平衡且差距进一步扩大的趋势,以政策引导为主的经济手段已不能很好地适应区域经济协调发展的要求,行政指导下的传统宏观调控模式也存在许多弊端。只有加强宏观调控的立法与实施,实现宏观调控法制化,才能有效地解决这一日益紧迫的社会问题,为实现我国区域经济的协调发展创造有利的法制保障。

Confronting the trend that the imbalanced development of regional economy becomes larger and larger in our country, the economic means that inducted by the policy has not good enough to be adapted to the requirement of harmonized development in regional economy. At the same time, the traditional mode of macro regulation has many malpractice under the administration, only to strengthen the legislation and implement of macro regulation, and convert the macro regulation to legal system ,which can resolve the increasingly hot social problem and create an advantaged legal protection to realize the harmonized development of regional economy in our country.
