空气制冷系统在冷藏车中的应用

摘    要:空气无毒无害,作为制冷剂可以被认为是氟利昂(CFCs)的最佳替代物.空气循环低温运行性能优良,使其非常适合现代食品冷藏储运.本文提出运用空气双级压缩循环系统对现有的冷藏车进行改造;由于冷藏车为有限封闭空间,而且通常处于非满载状态,通过分析空气制冷系统的性能曲线得出,空气制冷机在这种条件下就表现出了优于蒸汽循环的性能;换热器和涡轮引导系统的效率仍是影响空气制冷循环广泛应用的决定性因素.

Abstract:Air is regarded as the best refrigerant to substitution of the CFCs. The air cycle have good low-temperature performance,which make it fit for the modern food refrigerating. This paper introduces the transforms of the present refrigerating car,using two-stage circulation,and analyzes the characte of the air refrigeration system. The operation of refrigerating car is usually in part-load,but air refrigeration circulation performance is superior to steam circulation under this state. The effciency of heat exchanger and turbine guiding system is the decisive factor in air refrigeration circulation.
