摘 要: | 本文首先通过改变脉冲微型裂解装置的操作参数,借助于电子计算机,对燕山石油化工公司第一化工厂轻柴油裂解炉(SRT—Ⅱ型)的产物分布进行了直接模拟。然后,将轻柴油经蒸馏切割成轻、重两个馏份段。在脉冲微型裂解装置上对轻馏份油、重馏余油及混合轻柴油的裂解结焦性能进行了研究。发现在工业条件及其附近,轻馏份油,重馏余油共裂解导致负的协同效应.通过在工业条件下,从裂解和结焦两方面对轻馏份油、重馏余油的评价以及经济技术分析,证明分炉裂解是可行的,是一种提高乙烯收率的有效措施。

A STUDY ON DE-CRACKING OF LIGHT GAS OIL |

Abstract: | In this paper, the product distrib- ution of an industrial furnace (SRT -Ⅱ) operating at Iow severity was simulated by raring the residence time and the temperature profile of the rea- ctor; The light gas oil was cut into two parts, light fraction and heavy fr- action. The studies under conditions close to those encountered in industri- al practice have been done. The result showed that the cocracking of light fraction and heavy fraction has a negative influence on ethylene yield. |
