| 摘 要： | 中华人民共和国建国以前，中国基本上没有工程勘察这一类型的单位。建国以后，特别是随着我国的经济恢复和大规模的经济建设的发展，也就是从２０世纪５０年代开始，我国参照前苏联当时基本建设的体制模式，在国务院各部门，各地区陆续建立起工程勘察单位，（有许多单位是独立的，更多的是附属在设计院内，作为院属的一个二级单位）并逐步发展壮大。传统包含的专业是工程地质勘察，水文地质勘察（含工程物探）和工程测量。尽管这个体制在后来实践中体现出严重的缺陷，但在当时历史条件下，仍然为我国工程建设作出了不可磨灭的贡献。改革开放…
