| 摘 要： | 地球内不可再生的石油和天然气等常规能源资源会越用越少,因此许多国家都加快了寻找可再生能源的步伐并将其列入发展国家经济的战略计划。文章介绍了国外可再生能源利用的情况,并由此得出启示:大力开发和利用可再生能源应作为我国优化能源结构,改善环境,促进经济社会可持续发展的重要战略措施之一;大力发展可再生能源,必须要通过法律来促进和推动;同时也需要政府和能源部门、企业、科学界通力合作与广大民众的参与。

| Abstract: | Renewable energies are used widely in foreign countries. Actively developing and using renewable energies should be taken as one of important strategic measures to optimize energy structure, improve environment and promote the economic society's sustainable development. Laws and regulations are necessary for promoting renewable energy development. Meanwhile, cooperation of government, energy sectors, enterprises and scientific community and participation of the public are also rather important. |
