| 摘 要： | 外部品质因子是设计谐振滤波器的重要参数,测量出外部品质因子对于获得所需要的滤波特征至关重要。本文描述了使用网络分析仪来测量外部品质因子的方法。文中讨论了单端口,双端口情况下如何测量外部品质因子,并推导了相关的测量公式。

| Abstract: | The external quality factor is the important parameter for the design of resonator filter,and the measurements of the external quality factor are important for obtaining the desired filtering characteristics.This paper presents the method for the measurement of the external quality factor using the network analyzer and discusses the measurements both in single port and double port and the formulae for the measurements thus derived. |
