| 摘 要： | 针对本厂产品小口径合金耐热钢管对焊接缝中出现的焊接缺陷，从操作技术入手，对产生原因进行分析，试验，提出了防止焊接缺陷的措施，采用合适的焊接工艺及操作技术后，可大大减少该类材料焊接缺陷的产生。

| Abstract: | For the welding defects (crack, slag inclusion, etc.) appeared on the small diameter heat-resistant alloy tube (steel 102,10CrMo910, etc.) used in the boiler products, the paper based on the operating technique, though testing and investigating the causeof the defects, found the measures to reduce welding defects. When the welder use the applicable welding procedure and operatingtechnique, the welding defects of these materials can be reduced evidently. |
