阀控缸气动速度PID控制仿真研究

摘    要:为了进一步研究气动速度伺服控制,用PID控制进行仿真控制研究.分析了控制参数基准电压、比例系数、积分系数和微分系数对仿真速度响应的影响,建立了比例方向阀控缸气动速度伺服系统数学模型,并用MATLAB的SIM ULINK模块建立了系统仿真模型.仿真实验的结果可作为设计实用系统的参考.

Abstract:Simulation is an experiment method built on the mathematical model of pneumatic velocity servo system and the simulation model is upbuilt by using the SIMULINK of MATLAB.Simulation control studying by PID controller was carried through,the influence of benchmark voltage and proportion coefficient and integrator coefficient and derivative coefficient to simulation velocity were analyzed.The result of simulation experiment may be the reference to designing practice system.
