| 摘 要： | 针对现有圆筒筛设计的不足,设计了一种适合微型水稻联合收割机的新型圆筒筛,介绍了结构及主要设计参数的计算。该圆筒筛由内筛筒和外圆筒组成,通过径向辐条联接,使用一个传动链即可实现谷物与短茎杆的分离;设在内筛筒和外圆筒的螺旋叶片使谷物和短茎杆实现了定向流动且结构十分紧凑;基于重力作用的清筛装置解决了使用外圆筒而无法安装清筛装置的问题。由滑动条件导出了实现筛选的最小最大转速。
