摘    要:750 kV同塔双回输电线路采用"上跳下,中跳上,下跳中"的全换位设计。运行维护过程发现,在上相与下相换位过程中,由于受引流跳线的自重和风摆等各种因素叠加的影响,部分跳线耐张压接管联板出现裂纹,影响线路的安全运行。通过对一次检修中出现的耐张压接管联板裂纹问题进行系统分析,得出导致联板裂纹的原因,并提出相应的整改处理措施。对后续750 kV输电线路的全换位设计、施工、运行、维护具有重要参考作用。

Causes of Cracks on Drainage United Board of Transposition Tower in the 750 kV Transmission Line and Corresponding Rectification Measurements

Abstract:The 750 kV double-circuit transmission line uses the whole transposition design which means "the top phase changing to the bottom, the middle to the top, and the bottom the middle. In the process of operation and maintenance, when the top phase changed to the bottom phase, it was found that there were some cracks on the drainage united boards due to some overlapping causes, and this would affect negatively the safe operation of the line. This paper explores the cracks on the drainage united boards found during one maintenance service, and identifies the causes of the cracks, and proposes corresponding measures to deal with the faults. It could provide some beneficial reference to the transposition design, construction, operation and maintenance of the 750 kV transmission line in the future.
