拉延筋约束阻力的一种解析计算方法

摘    要:根据虚功原理和对板料在拉延筋处变形的分析,得到平均外力的计算公式,然后参考Levy方法提出了一种计算拉延筋约束阻力的参数拟合公式,并根据试验得到参数值。公式中考虑了材料的各向异性和应变速率敏感性。通过将计算结果与Nine的试验结果进行对比,证明了该计算方法对各种材料的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the virtual work principle and analysis to drawbead deformation,the average resulting force is calculated.Then a parameter fitting formula for drawbead restraining force calculation is proposed by using Levy's method for reference.Parameters can be determined by experiment.Anisotropy and strain rate sensitivity are taken into account in the formula.The calculated results are compared with Nine's experimental results and the validation of this computation method to different materials is verified.
