某油田注水系统腐蚀结垢机理研究

摘    要:应用饱和指数法对某油田注水系统结垢因素进行了研究计算,在30℃以上,Ca CO3饱和指数(SI)大于0,而硫酸盐的饱和指数小于0,表明油田水系统的Ca CO3结垢倾向明显。对现场取样进行化学分析和X射线衍射分析,结果发现注水系统管道沉积垢样的主要成分是Fe化合物,Fe元素的质量分数分别达到91.70%,66.62%,61.98,71.95%和68.37%。通过以上研究,油田注水系统,过饱和导致的Ca CO3垢不一定会在管道表面稳定附着,结垢严重的最主要原因是腐蚀,只有控制管道的腐蚀,才能够最终解决结垢问题。这项研究为控制油田注水系统的结垢问题提供了开创性的新思路。

Abstract:The fouling factor of the water inject system of an oil field is studied and calculated by using saturation index (SI). For the temperature higher than 30 ℃, the saturation index of CaCO3 is greater than 0 and the saturation index of sulfates is lower than 0, indicating that the fouling trend of CaCO3 of oil field water system is obvious. The field sample is analyzed chemically by XRD. Itt is found that the main component of the sample of fouling depositing in the water inject system is Fe compound with Fe as high as 91.70% ,66.62% ,61.98,71.95% and 68.37%. The CaCO3 fouling from oversaturation will not probably deposit on the pipeline surface. The main cause of serious fouling is corrosion, and the fouling problem can only be solved by controlling the corrosion of pipelines. The study has provided a new way to control the fouling in the water injection system of oil field.
