石脑油中有机氯的脱除方法

摘    要:石脑油作为重要的化工原料,其对有机氯的质量分数有着严格的限制,一般要求不高于5 mg/kg。目前,石脑油中的有机氯引发的装置腐蚀问题越来越受到关注。综述了近年来国内外脱除石脑油中有机氯的研究情况,脱除方法主要包括吸附脱氯、亲核取代反应脱氯、双金属还原脱氯等,但是尚未有工业化的合理的脱氯方法。比较各种脱氯方法的优缺点,对研究科学有效的脱氯技术具有指导意义。

Abstract:Naphtha, which is an important feedstock for chemical production, has a strict limit on organic chlorides. The required specification is generally no higher than 5 mg/kg. Nowadays, the problems caused by the organic chlorides in naphtha has attracted increasing attentions. The research and development for removing organic chlorides from naphtha both in China and abroad in recent years are described. The main organic chloride removal processes are absorption deehlorination process, nucleophilic substitution deehlorination process and bi - metal dechlorination process, etc. Whereas, all these processes have not been commercialized. The study on the advantages and disadvantages of these processes has a guiding significance for the research and development of effective dechlorination technologies.
